Two of Sierra Leone’s leading entertainment powerhouses, LAKE Group of Companies and Chapter One SL Limited, are thrilled to announce their official partnership to organize the 8th edition of Sierra Leone’s leading pageant, fashion, and empowerment brand, Miss Freetown 2026.
The official signing ceremony took place on Thursday at the Chapter One conference center.
The LAKE Group team was represented by Musa Kamara (Chief Operating Officer), Augusta Bondu (Director of Event Management), Claude Kamanda (Director of Planning and Production), Antoinette Shyllon (Director of Marketing and Branding), and Moi Tarawally (Executive Director of Miss Freetown). Chapter One’s senior management team included Fredrico De-Silva (Managing Director), Tawanda Chinodya (Head of Operations), and other senior staff members.
This year, LAKE Group celebrates 15 years of the Miss Freetown brand. Since its inception in 2011, it has grown from the largest beauty pageant event in Sierra Leone into a globally recognized cultural icon in Africa.
The merger of these two prominent entertainment franchises promises an exceptional, world-class event. Attendees can prepare for a night of glamour, glitz, excellence, and premium entertainment.
This collaboration combines LAKE Group’s 20-year indisputable legacy in elite event production in Sierra Leone with Chapter One’s status as a high-end, premium hospitality and entertainment brand in Africa. This merger sets a new benchmark for entertainment, pageantry, and nightlife in Sierra Leone, promising unprecedented production levels that will elevate the industry.

Event Date – Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 28, 2026.
Venue – The majestic and luxurious Chapter One poolside, located at 30 Lumley Beach Road, Aberdeen.
Event Format – Experience a spectacular “2-in-1 Event Night,” kicking off with the Grand Pageant Night at 7:00 PM and seamlessly transitioning into an Exclusive After-Party from 2:00 AM until dawn.
